The Share Center is a first-class part of the product. Email and Text open your own apps with an editable message ready to send. Copy the link, use the share sheet, show a QR code or print a poster for the field, the lobby or the concession stand. Every athlete's link and every share is counted so the coach knows what is working.
Where the money goes
Supporters pay exactly the amount they choose. Sportsaro keeps a 15% platform fee on each gift and passes the card-processing fee through at cost. Everything else is your organization's, paid by check or Venmo, and your dashboard shows every dollar: raised, fees, due, paid.
Processing fees are set by the card networks and vary slightly by card. Your ledger always shows the exact figure charged. Payouts are sent by a person at Sportsaro and recorded on your dashboard.

Questions people ask
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Creating your organization and starting a fundraiser are free. Sportsaro keeps a 15% platform fee on each gift, and the card-processing fee is passed through at cost. Your organization only ever pays a share of money it actually raised.
How do we get the money?
Proceeds are paid to your organization by check or Venmo once the campaign settles. Your Fundraising Admin shows exactly what has been raised, what is due and what has been paid, and a person at Sportsaro records every payout.
Do supporters need an account?
No. The campaign page is public — anyone with the link gives with a card in about a minute. They choose whether their name appears on the page.
Is my kid's information safe?
Public player pages show a first name (and a last initial only if the athlete's profile is public by opt-in). No email, birthday, location or account details ever appear, and a parent can hide their child from the public page at any time.
How does the team know who brought in a gift?
Every athlete's link is attributed. The coach sees who raised what and who still needs help — and the money always belongs to the team campaign, never an individual.
Are gifts tax-deductible?
Sportsaro does not provide tax advice, and gifts are not represented as tax-deductible. Supporters should ask their tax adviser about their own situation.
