Start a team in a few minutes

Create the team, get an invite code, text it to your parents. They enter it and land on your roster. No spreadsheet to fill in first, no per-parent invitations to chase.

Built for your sport, not for baseball

Sportsaro covers 77 sports and the team page changes to match. A baseball team gets Games, Squads, and a 7–4 W. A marching band gets Performances, Sections, and a Band Director. A cheer squad gets Competitions and a score of 94.6 · 1st. You are not renaming things to make them fit.

The board

Post photos, video, and announcements to your team. It is members-only by default. Anything with a photo or clip also reaches the Lineup, so the wider Sportsaro community sees your team play, and parents get a notification rather than another text.

What leaves the team, and who decides

You do — one post at a time. A team's public page shows only what staff have chosen to show, and a minor is shown by first name and initial. Your athletes' own posts are theirs; you cannot publish those, and neither can we.

Schedule and roster

Games, practices, tournaments, tryouts, camps, meets — with RSVPs, results, and a schedule that parents can see without signing in. The roster carries jersey numbers, positions, and your staff, with the titles your sport actually uses.

Handing the team over

Seasons end and coaches change. Ownership can be transferred to anyone already on the roster, and the outgoing coach stays on as staff or leaves cleanly. Deleting a seasonal team does not delete your athletes' posts.

Fundraising

Launch one team fundraiser and Sportsaro builds a personal fundraising page for every athlete on the roster, so each family shares with their own network instead of you chasing everyone. You see who has joined, who has shared, and who has raised, with progress and campaign activity in one place. Supporters give from any phone in about a minute and do not need a Sportsaro account. Payments run through Stripe; Sportsaro keeps a 15% platform fee and passes card processing through at cost.
